Functions activated with E-PEX Pro (apex locator):
- Automatic start and stop: The motor starts when the file enters the root canal and stops when it is removed
- Apical reverse motion: When the file reaches a pre-set apical rotation point, the user can set the file to move in the opposite direction
- Apical slowdown: To protect the cement-dentin junction and avoid file breakage, the motor speed slows down as the file approaches the apical area
- Apical torque reduction: In addition to apical slowdown, torque reduction in the apical third decreases the risk of file breakage
- Screen adapted for both right- and left-handed practitioners
- Screen display: The function allows the Endomotor to display the Apex locator screen when connected
